All confirmations will be subject to our receipt of first and last nights’ room charge (first night only on a stay of one night) plus Maine State Meals and Lodging Tax. If a credit card number is given to confirm a reservation, the deposit charge will be processed the day the reservation is taken.
Cancellations with at least 14-days notice will receive a deposit refund (less a $25 processing fee). Cancellations with less than 14-days notice will forfeit the deposit.
Reservations are based on both arrival and departure (your deposit applies to the last night of your reservation).
Guests are welcome to arrive early to enjoy the pool, beach, restaurant and day spa. Guest room check-in is 3pm and check-out is 11am.
Cover-ups and shirts are required when wearing a swimsuit throughout the Inn. Shirts and shoes are required in all restaurants.
We accept cash, travelers checks, and the following major credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card, and American Express.
Guests traveling with one dog are allowed in select guest rooms and must be confirmed by calling Reservations at 800-340-1130 x1. A surcharge of $50 per dog, per night will apply. Any damages will be charged to holder of the reservation. Pets can not be left alone in the rooms at any time. All pet policies will be reviewed at time of booking. Dogs are welcomed with personalized bowls and dog beds. An outdoor shower and pick-up bags are available to keep our furry friends and the resort green areas clean.
All rates are subject to change at the discretion of Stage Neck Inn.
While specific rooms cannot be guaranteed, every effort will be made to honor your preferences as closely as possible. Our booking system allows you to select your room type. Individual room selection and assignment is not possible.
Stage Neck Inn is proudly a non-smoking resort. All guest rooms, common space and grounds are designated non-smoking areas.
