A Thanksgiving Feast for the Whole Family
Start your meal with a visit to our Shearwater Raw Bar, featuring oysters on the half shell, shrimp cocktail, and peel-and-eat shrimp. Then make your way to the carving station for Thanksgiving classics including Traditional Roast Turkey with house giblet gravy, Prime Rib au Jus with port wine glace, and Baked Ham with a sweet & sour glaze.
Beyond the carving station, the buffet offers an impressive selection of entrées, including Garlic & Bacon Seafood Sauté, Roasted Haddock, Chicken & Pancetta Ballotine, Braised Short Rib, Dark Meat Turkey, Mac & Cheese, and more.
Of course, Thanksgiving wouldn’t be complete without the sides. Fill your plate with mashed potatoes, candied sweet potato casserole, scalloped potatoes, leek & Parmesan stuffing, Cajun andouille stuffing, butternut squash, and lemon thyme asparagus. Guests can also enjoy seafood chowder, roasted kale & white bean soup, a fresh salad bar, assorted rolls, and a charcuterie and cheese display.
